Today I got some much desired information on an art supply store in Hsinchu!
The store is Kuan Hsiang Art at No. 2, Alley 3, Lane 575 Nan-Da Road. The opposite Lane is 808 and there is a Family Mart at the beginning of Lane 575. Store hours are 9:00 - 21:00 (not sure if that includes weekends).
